Yolanda Moore is President and Founder of LeMor Permanent Cosmetics and the LeMor Micropigmentation Institute.
Experience
Yolanda founded LeMor® in 1989, long
before permanent cosmetic application was popular, and has been performing
permanent makeup procedures ever since this date. Unlike many other practitioners
who practice other services (e.g. microdermabrasion) and have only recently
entered the permanent cosmetics field, Yolanda has made the application of
permanent cosmetics her one and only specialty.
Her nearly 20 years of micropigmentation experience translates into well over
10,000 hands on permanent cosmetics procedures.
Education
Ms. Moore holds multiple degrees from the California State University, Hayward. Her degrees in both Biology and Chemistry provide an educational foundation unique to, and specifically tailored for the Micropigmentation industry. Ms. Moore also holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley's prestigious Hass School of Business.
Artist
There are a select few professions where both technical expertise and artistry
rank as equally important. Few people in the Micropigmentation industry have
the 'gift' of making the application of permanent cosmetics an art. Yolanda
Moore has mastered the art of permanent make up application. Patience, an
eye for detail, a steady hand and the driving desire to perform every procedure
as if her name was attached are all qualities of a professional artist.

Yolanda is the creator of a new line of pigments especially formulated for Women of Color. Look for the launch of this new line in the Fall of 2008.
Yolanda is also the inventor of the LeMor Ring© which
is used by Micropigmentation practitioners in the U.S. and abroad to help
them reduce the time and effort necessary to apply permanent make up pigment.
The LeMor Ring inspired numerous "Pigment Rings" or "Finger Rings"
which are available to Micropigmentation practitioners at most permanent cosmetic
distributors everywhere.
Educator
Yolanda has trained thousands of people in the United States, Latin America, Canada, Japan and even Europe in the art and science of permanent cosmetics. Students consistently comment on Yolanda's engaging style, effective communication, and ability to provide personal attention.

else, there is a fair chance that practitioner was trained by Yolanda Moore!

takes ethnic skin issues into consideration.

Micropigmentation industry.
She is a former International Educator and U.S. Educational Director for Mei-Cha
